FEATURES OF THE FUNCTIONAL STATE OF THE CARDIORESPIRATORY SYSTEM OF 17-18-YEAR-OLD STUDENTS ENGAGED IN ATHLETIC GYMNASTICS
Keywords:
cardiorespiratory system, students, athletic gymnastics, cardiovascular system, physical activity, blood pressure, pulse rate.Abstract
The article contains the results of an empirical study of factors affecting the state of the cardiovascular system in young men 17-18 years old engaged in power loads. It was revealed that athletic gymnastics classes are accompanied by an increase in body muscle mass with a weak development of the cardio-respiratory system and negatively affect the state of the circulatory system. The indicators of pulse rate and blood pressure in subjects at rest and under test functional loads were studied, and correlation relations for the systems "pulse rate – body weight" and "blood pressure indicators – body weight" were also shown. The factors stated in the study can serve as a basis for the development of criteria for assessing the cardiovascular system in young men to increase the level of physical fitness.
