THE ROLE OF A TEACHER MENTOR IN THE FORMATION OF THE PROFESSIONALISM OF A NOVICE TEACHER

The author examines in detail such aspects of the topic as the field of activity of teaching staff who have accumulated professional experience, have sufficient pedagogical skills, are fluent in the basic techniques of working with scientific sources, literature, all types of training sessions, who are able to introduce the developments of scientists and practitioners, expert developments and pedagogical technologies into pedagogical activity.
