DEVELOPMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION'S PERSONNEL: A NECESSITY OR A FASHION TREND?

The development of the organization's personnel includes a sequence of closely related activities: strategy formation, planning of personnel needs, management of professional growth, adaptation, training and creation of corporate culture.
Relevance. This article is devoted to the actual problem of studying trends in enterprise management approaches in the modern world. The issues of the need for effective use of available resources in order to increase efficiency in the short and long term, increase the competitiveness of the organization, and the influence of external and internal factors on it are considered.
Problem, goal, tasks. The key factors contributing to the competitiveness of the organization are identified. Considerable attention is paid to the concept of personnel development, the issue of justifying the need for personnel development in a modern company.
Materials and methods of research. With his research, the author seeks to bring to the conclusion that the success of the formation and development of a company directly depends on the development of its personnel, which is why the development of the organization's personnel is an important segment of its investments in the production process and economic activity. The article presents the views of researchers involved in the study of the issue of personnel development of the organization, modern trends in this area are presented.
Results and their discussion. It is obvious that staff training is becoming a key element of the management process, which is turning into a fashion trend in modern organizations.
Conclusion. The development of the organization's personnel is not a fashionable trend, but a necessity for business development in a competitive market.
