THE EFFECTIVENESS OF PROJECT ACTIVITIES IN THE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF STUDENTS IN THE STUDY OF TECHNOSPHERE SAFETY

The article is devoted to aspects related to the formation of professional competence among students studying technosphere safety at the level of their creation of environmentally safe technologies.
Relevance. This article reflects the relevance of the formation of professional competence of future engineers in the study of technosphere safety, who will have to create environmentally safe technologies in their professional activities that do not have a negative impact on the surrounding world, nature and environmental processes.
Problem, goal, tasks. Currently, there is an environmental crisis that threatens people's lives, and engineering students need to show their knowledge, skills and abilities in the future only within a safe framework for ecology, which reflects the problem of research. Thus, the purpose and objective of the work was to identify the effectiveness of project activities in the formation of professional competence that allows students to develop environmentally friendly technologies.
Research materials and Methods. The Schwartz value questionnaire was used in the work, which allows to determine the presence and formation of a value attitude to nature and environmental processes among students. 86 future engineers studying technosphere safety at the Polytechnic University of Perm were subjected to research.
Results and discussion. The data on the effectiveness of project activities in the formation of professional competence used during academic work were presented. After testing the project work, the students identified indicators indicating the formation of environmental values in them and their understanding of the importance of developing environmentally friendly technologies in their future professional activities.
Conclusion and conclusion. The presented data on the project work reflect the formation of professional competence among future engineers, which contributes to creating a safe man-made world for them, which will provide conditions for the restoration of environmental processes.
