The article is devoted to the study of the level of maximum muscular strength of the hands of students using a sample of wrist dynamometry. The aim of the study was to assess the level of maximum muscle strength among students of Sevastopol State University. The study involved 48 first-year students (24 girls and 24 boys). As a result of the study, we identified the main problem – the insufficient level of muscle strength development in 1st year students.
