MONITORING THE LEVEL OF FATIGUE OF STUDENTS IN THE FRAMEWORK OF SPORTS LESSONS

The article examines the effect of overtraining syndrome on the health status of students. Methods for assessing the level of fatigue have been studied. The analysis of the effectiveness of the method of monitoring students' fatigue within the framework of physical culture lessons is carried out.
